AYY has selected the Student Representatives in Administration for 2021
The Board of Aalto University Student Union has selected the Student Representatives in Administration for 2021 in its meeting on 17 Dec.

The mailing list services offered by AYY for associations will be updated to a new version. As a result, the service will be down for approximately one hour on 14 Dec at 20:00 – 21:00.
Christmas 2020 and New Year - questions and answers about member services
Our member services and the Services Office are closed, with the exception of the moving day and a few other exceptions. We will be on vacation from 18 Dec to 27 Dec when we will not respond to messages. Our telephone service will be open on 30 Dec and 31 Dec at 12noon−4pm.

This year’s Independence Day torchlight procession not organised physically – replaced by a video greeting
This year, the students’ traditional Independence Day torchlight procession will not be organised due to COVID-19. The procession is replaced by a joint video greeting from the student unions of the Helsinki metropolitan area, which will be published on Independence Day on 6 Dec.

AYY’s associations have the right to book rental saunas, event venues and meeting rooms in advance. In this booking round, you can book facilities for the period 18 Jan 2021−8 Aug 2021.
Student health care reforms 2021 - digital services are expanding and the health care fee must be paid to Kela
From the beginning of 2021, the health care fee will be paid to Kela on your own initiative through the electronic services. In connection with the reform, the service network and digital doctor services will also expand.
Aalto University Student Union Board elected for the year 2021
At its meeting on Thursday, 26 Nov 2020, the Representative Council of Aalto University Student Union elected the AYY Board for the year 2021. The Board was elected in accordance with the proposal of the Former of the Board, Milja Leinonen. The meeting also elected Noora Torpo and Petra Ekroos as Vice Chairs of the Representative Council.
