AYY Services Office

At the AYY Services Office you can ask about anything related to student life. We also help you with questions concerning housing search, keys, moving, renting and apartments. You can also contact the services office by phone.

Services office opening hours

AYY Services office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 12noon and 15pm.

On moving days (the first weekday of every month) we are open for only moving related matters from 12noon till 4pm. The moving days for autumn 2023 are September 1st, October 2nd, November 1st and December 1st.

You can reach us by e-mail and phone when our office is closed. Please also note the exceptional opening hours of the telephone service, which can be found below. We will notify you by e-mail of any exceptional opening hours concerning the collection of keys, among other things.

Accessibility of the Services Office

AYY’s office is located at Otakaari 11. The office is located on two floors. The services office is located on the upper floor. However, the services office is on the street level when arriving from Otakaari. If you arrive by taxi or order a taxi to our office, please ask the driver to drive to the Otakaari entrance.

Unfortunately, the front door of the office does not open automatically. If you need help, please press the doorbell on the right side of the door or call us on 050 520 9400. The doors are locked outside the opening hours. There is a door ramp at the front door.

The customer service desk and meeting rooms upstairs are accessible. There is an accessible bathroom on the second floor of the office with access from the lobby. Assistance dogs are welcome in our office.
