Sievo Sauna is great for holding sauna evenings and meetings. There is access to the building’s roof terrace and the facility is wheelchair-accessible. A reservation automatically includes both the cabinet and the sauna.
The facility can be booked from 4pm–10pm. On weekends and public holidays, the user hours are 4pm-11pm. The user must warm up the sauna by themself when arriving at the facility by switching on the heater. Since the facility is located in a residential building, users must leave no later than by the end of the user hours.
Playing music on the terrace must stop at 10 p.m. The city of Helsinki's environmental protection regulations prohibit activities that cause disturbing noise in the vicinity of residential and accommodation premises and care facilities at night between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Sauna: Space for around 10 people. The sauna can be heated from 4pm till 9:30pm (on weekend and public holidays 4pm-10pm).
Cabinet: Table space and chairs for 12 people, as well as lots of sofa room.
Kitchen: Hob, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are also some cooking utensils, including a frying pan, saucepans and oven trays.
Tableware: Tableware, cutlery, coffee cups and champagne glasses.
Miscellaneous: Projector and screen, as well as a high-quality sound system with an RCA or Bluetooth connection.
Please note! If you have made your reservation in TILA-system, you can activate an access code and you don't need to pick up the keys from AYY office. The access code will be active 15 minutes before your reservation starts. If you don't have access to TILA-system, you will receive a key and key badge from AYY. The key grants access to the building and the space itself. You can use the key badge to open the hatch of the rubbish chute in the courtyard. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities available at the moment except for the collection of mixed waste.
There is an accessible entrance to both the staircase and the facility. There is an accessible entrance to sauna facilities and the patio and there is room to manoeuvre wheelchairs. The facilities include a toilet for the disabled.
Taxis can stop either at the front door of the staircase or the inner court. It is possible to park a car on Bahamankatu.
