Tempaus campaign: students to contribute 2,000 hours of volunteer work in one week
Aalto University students aim to enhance the appreciation of volunteer work in Finland. During the Tempaus week, students will collectively do volunteer work equivalent to one person’s work year.

Applications for club room and storage spaces open for associations
AYY opens applications for four storage spaces and one club room located in Otaniemi.
Advance booking of facilities for the spring of 2025
AYY’s associations have the right to book rental saunas, event venues and meeting rooms in advance. In this booking round, you can book facilities for the period 6th Jan 2025 - 3rd Aug 2025.
AYY nominates Mantė Žygelytė as a candidate for the SYL Board 2025
Aalto University Student Union nominates Mantė Žygelytė as a candidate for the Board of the National Union of University Students in Finland. The SYL Board will be elected at the general assembly in Espoo on 15–16 Nov 2024.
Biowaste bins in rental facilities
Starting in September, AYY’s rental facilities will be equipped with biowaste bins.

Tempaus – harnessing community for advocacy work
This autumn, Aalto University Student Union will organise Tempaus after a break of several years.
