Otaranta club room

Otaranta club room is located in the basement of Otaranta 8 B. The space has a well-equipped kitchen and is great for holding academic dinner parties or meetings. The space accommodates around 50 people. The space itself is wheelchair-accessible, but toilet facilities are not.

Lounge: 15 tables and 40 chairs. There is cushioned seating along the walls. 
Kitchen: Hob, oven, microwave, cold storage for drinks, dishwasher and coffee maker.
Tableware: Plenty of tableware.

Please note! If you have made your reservation in TILA system, you can activate an access code and there is no need to pick up the keys from AYY office. The access code is activated 15 minutes before your reservation begins. If you do not have access to TILA system, you can pick up the keys from AYY office. The key allows you to access the building and the rented space.

Accessibility information: There is accessible entry to the space from the courtyard via a ramp leading to the basement floor. The club room and kitchen have enough space for moving with an assistive device. There is no accessible toilet. The courtyard is flat, and there is plenty of parking space, but there are no designated accessible parking spaces.
