Equality training for associations

Are you interested in developing equality in your association? Come and learn how to develop equality in your association and make it more accessible to everyone. AYY and Aalto University will organize equality training for all associations on September 12, 2019, from 4 pm to 7 pm.

 All students interested in developing equality in their organization or community are welcome. The training aims to get participants to consider how to develop equality in their organization and to equip them with tools to make their activities easily accessible to as many people as possible. Training is especially useful to organizations where an equality plan is being made or planned.

The training consists of a presentation and workshop sections.

The content of the training is provided by Heta Hölttä, an equality specialist at the The Finnish Youth Co-operation - Allianssi. The event will also be attended by Aalto University provost Kristiina Mäkelä, who chairs the University's Equality (EQU) Committee.
