Candidate nomination form

Candidate nomination can also be done via an online form (Aalto login required). The deadline for submitting the nomination form (both online and paper form, whichever you choose) is 30 Sept 2025 at 4 pm. Note that you are strongly encouraged to submit the form well before, since submitting the electoral alliance agreement has the same deadline. All of the alliance's candidates must be listed in the electoral alliance agreement.

The paper form must be delivered by 4 pm on 30 September 2025 to Aalto University Student Union's service point in Otaniemi (Otakaari 25, Espoo) OR by post, addressed to AYY / Central Election Committee 02151 Espoo (mark "electoral document" on the envelope) OR scanned to vaalit@ayy.fi.
