   • A member of the Board presents the latest news from the office.
8. Amendments to the Student Union Constitution
   • There have been changes in the operating environment of the Student Union in recent years, due to which it is necessary to update the student union bylaws, regulations, and procedures. The previous update includes incorrect references to sections and these should be corrected in this update.
   • The Representative Council had a preliminary discussion on the topic at its meeting 2/2021 (18 Mar 2021). Based on the discussion, amendments have been prepared for the Constitution. Amendments to the Student Union Constitution must be approved at two consecutive meetings of the Representative Council.
9. Preliminary debate on changes to Election Bylaws of the Student Union
   • The Representative Council elections have followed the election bylaws approved at the Representative Council meeting 13/2016. Electronic voting has become more common since the previous update, and provisions on electronic voting should be specified. In addition, provisions on the Central Election Committee, the right to vote and the right to stand for election should be specified, so that the election bylaws provide the clearest possible guidelines for the organising of elections.

    • The budget follow-up for January-March is presented at the Representative Council meeting.
