8. News from the National Union of University Students in Finland
   • AYY actively participates in the operations of the National Union of University Students in Finland (SYL). AYY’s SYL sponsor Konstantin Kouzmitchev presents current SYL news to the Council.
9. Economic review of association activities 1−12/2020
   • The budget follow-up for January–December is presented at the Representative Council meeting.
10. Preliminary debate on regulation amendments
    • There have been changes in the Student Union’s operating environment in recent years, due to which it is necessary to update the student union bylaws, regulations, and procedures. Since the last update, documents include incorrect references to other sections of the regulations and these should be corrected during the update.
11. News of the Student Center project
    • ACRE is leading the student center project. Several aspects of the project have progressed. However, the careful addressing and preparation of the project agreement in the timetable suitable for the RepCo meeting in March has generally been considered too challenging. On a proposal of ACRE, a decision has been made to postpone the deadline for signing the project agreement by one month.
    • The purpose is now to present to the Council how the project has progressed since the last RepCo meeting and to give the Council an opportunity to ask questions about the project. The decision on the project agreement will be made at the RepCo meeting in April.
