Smökki will resound as LuTku organises the Traditional Songnight on 12.11. for the first time in decades!
“A songnight, never heard of such..surely it’s just a bunch of ordinary folk standing around? A songnight is just a singing lesson, right?”
All completely reasonable thoughts, but ladies and gentlemen, belles and playboys, the Traditional Songnight is, above all, a grand celebration of teekkari song! It is an occasion for us teekkaris old, and young, to entertain those around us with our gloriously off-key warbling!
So come enjoy the company of a pub pianist and singing teekkari veterans from the 90s in Smökki, and learn to sing teekkari songs the way they're meant to be sung!
So you won't have to go dry-eared!
