The Guild of the Cross: Archaeology and the Bible
The Bible speaks of many notable historical events, but does there exist information about them outside the scriptures, and what does archaeology have to say about the matter? Come join the guild evening of the Guild of the Cross, as Eero Junkkaala, a professor of theology with special expertise in archaeology will join to provide insight on the matter. The teaching will be held in Finnish.
The evening will be held on 25th of October in the Maari building's association space (Sähkömiehentie 5, 2nd floor, rooms 240–241). The actual programme starts at 19.00, but you may start arriving from 18.30 onwards. The event ends with a free evening snack and a devotional.
