Residents have been notified of the rent review in advance. If you need a new amount, contact the financial administration: taloushallinto@ayy.fi.

AYY’s new student housing building completed in Otaniemi – 153 new student apartments

Aalto University Student Union’s (AYY) new student building in Otaniemi was completed on 31 July 2026. Otakaari 15 brings 153 new student apartments to the metropolitan area, providing homes for approximately 200 Aalto University students. All apartments have been rented.
