AYY's rent review date is March 1st, 2022. Your rent may increase, so be sure to pay your future rent with a new amount or modify any automatic payment in your online bank. The topping-out ceremony for Otakaari 15 property was celebrated in Teekkari Village, Otaniemi, on Thursday, 5 Mar 2026. Accompanied by the horn ochestra Retuperän WBK, guests arrived at the ceremony held in the property’s storage space, where they enjoyed pea soup and listened to thank you speeches.
