OK20 big and small side & sauna
Where
OK20 facilities are located on the ground floor of Otakaari 20 (access via the courtyard). There are two facilities for academic dinner parties and other parties, a larger one and a smaller one, with a sauna in between. It is not possible to only book the sauna. If users on both sides wish to use the sauna, an agreement must be reached among the users. The facilities are suitable for sauna and song nights, academic dinner parties, and meetings.
You can access the venue with an access code you´ll find in the TILA system under your reservation.
The venue is located in a residental building and therefore the quiet time begins at 22 (Fri-Sat 23 o´clock) regardless, that the usage time of the venue ands at 6 o´clock in the morning. Please be mindful of the residents´night time peace.

Sauna: Space for 12 people. The sauna has an automatically heated electric stove.
Large side: Tables and chairs, space for 40 people. The kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, cold drinks storage, microwave and coffee maker.
Small side: Tables and chairs, space for 20 people. The kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, cold drinks storage and microwave.
Other: Both spaces have sound systems. There is no tableware. Both spaces are in a moderate condition. If you want to see the facilities before your reservation, please contact member services. Staying overnight in the facility is prohibited. If you book the facility for several days in a row, please agree with the services office in advance on daytime use and cleaning during your reservation.
When using hot tubs rented from elsewhere in OK20’s yard, please note
When filling the hot tub, ensure that the filling hose does not leak indoors at OK20 and cause water damage. If water damage occurs, the person who made the booking will be held responsible. The rental does not include the filling hose.
The hot tub may only be on the property during the reservation period and must not obstruct or hinder access to the parking area.
In addition, when draining the water from the hot tub, ensure that the emptying process is done slowly into the yard’s rainwater drain or onto the ground, ensuring that the water does not create puddles in the yard or freeze on pathways during the winter.

Sauna facilities are partially accessible. Shower and dressing rooms are accessible and spacious.
The courtyard of OK20 is accessible. The yard can be reached by taxi. Street parking is available.
