Jämeräntaival 6

Jämeräntaival 6 contains larger shared apartments which house 6-12 residents and smaller shared apartments for groups of four and five. In almost all of the shared apartments, residents have their own bathroom and refrigerator, which provide privacy and make communal life easier in the shared apartments. There are a few exceptional apartments in the building in which two residents will share a common bathroom. If you like, you can exclude these apartments from your search by clicking the option “own bathroom”.

The residential associations are an essential part of student culture in the Teekkari Village, and AYY also wants to support the formation and maintenance of residential associations. The residential associations BY and Joutomiehet, both of which have long traditions, are a special feature of Jämeräntaival 6. Life in these shared apartments is communal: despite the large number of residents, everyone knows one another and residents organise events and spend their free time together.

Please note:
As Jämeräntaival 6 is located right next to the popular party space for students, Servin mökki, you can hear the sounds of the party, especially from the windows on the side of the party space. However, the loud party at Servin Mökki must end by 1 am.
