This building was completed in 1952, one of the first residential buildings to be constructed in the Teekkari Village, and was renovated in 2018. The apartments were heavily modified during the renovation as the old, large shared apartments were converted into studios and studio rooms in shared one-room and two-room apartments. Apartment surface materials, fixtures and fittings were replaced during the renovation. The building’s retro red-brick walls conceal very modern-looking apartments. Jämeräntaival 5 and 7 specialise in studio rooms in shared two-room apartments with a balcony running the entire width of the apartment.
