Universities are not exempt from the effects of today's global sustainability challenges. At the same time, universities have impactful tools to contribute to solving grand challenges such us climate change, loss of biodiversity or increasing economic inequality between nations. The challenges call for urgent action, and the journey towards a more sustainable future must start now.

Aalto Sustainability Week 26.-30.10.2020 promotes sustainability and sustainable development at Aalto University for its students, staff and the community as a whole. The week aims to bring sustainability to the community’s everyday by making sustainability visible, brewing discussion around it and bringing together different actors championing sustainable development. All events are open to all and free of charge.
