The ticket can't be refunded. If the ISO who bought the ticket can't attend the sitz, they are responsible for selling the ticket on to another ISO. ITMK encourages using the Kaikki ISOt 2023 -Telegram group for this, but there is no official queue system. Registration information can be changed in Kideapp until Thursday 29.2. 12 o'clock, after which you can sell the ticket without changing the infos.
The event follows AYY's safer space principles.
