Commencement of tenancy
The rental agreements state that the tenancy begins on 1 Sept 2026. If completion and handover of the property are delayed, the commencement of the tenancy may be postponed. If the delay exceeds 30 days from the date stated in the agreement, the tenant has the right to terminate the rental agreement without penalty.
