Commencement of tenancy
The rental agreements state that the tenancy begins on 1 Sept 2026. If completion and handover of the property are delayed, the commencement of the tenancy may be postponed. If the delay exceeds 30 days from the date stated in the agreement, the tenant has the right to terminate the rental agreement without penalty. The lessor will notify the tenant separately of the confirmed commencement date of the tenancy and the move-in date. The obligation to pay rent begins on the date the apartment is available for the tenant and possession is delivered to the tenant.
