It’s once again time to celebrate the anniversary of our beloved student union as Aalto University Student Union turns a fabulous 15 years old! The Annual Ball will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Paasitorni.

The event begins with a gift-giving ceremony for invited guests at 2:00 PM. A general cocktail reception at the main venue starts at 4:30 PM, with bus transportation provided from the gift venue.

The main celebration begins at 5:00 PM with traditional ceremonies. After the main event, buses will take guests to the official afterparty starting after 10:00 PM.

The Annual Ball costs €99.90 for AYY members and €135 for others.

General registration opens on April 15, 2025, at 6:00 PM.

The dress code is formal attire with academic honors — however, we warmly encourage elegant creativity in honor of our 15-year-old student union.

So dust off your finest formalwear and join us in celebrating AYY’s 15th anniversary!
