Right of residence for this apartment is three (3) years from the start of the contract. Please note that if you are already living in an AYY apartment, the period of notice is one whole month, starting from the end of the month in which you submit the written notice.

Volunteers and positions of trust appointed for 2026
Aalto University Student Union has a wide range of volunteers working in sections, committees and other positions of trust. Volunteer recruitment is open annually from October to January. AYY Board appointed for 2026
Aalto University Student Union’s new Representative Council has approved the members proposed by Former of the Board Joona Lipponen for the 2026 AYY Board. The Representative Council’s vice chairs were also appointed at the meeting.
Marcell Berta elected to the Board of the National Union of University Students in Finland for 2026
Marcell Berta has been elected as a member of the Board of the National Union of University Students in Finland (SYL) for 2026. SYL’s General Assembly held in Otaniemi, Espoo, on 14–15 November voted on the board members on Saturday evening.
