About the role

In this role you will work as a team leader and a mentor for your team. Your daily work duties will consist of participating in Scrum events in the two-week-long Sprints, coordinating Daily meetings, assisting software developers with their work, and making sure that production timeliness get met. Additionally, you will be accountable that the team’s software back-ups function properly.

Job duties

• Mentoring the IT-team; supporting programmers
• Holding Daily meetings in the two-week-long Sprints
• Maintaining current services
• Building new architecture

We are looking for

• Knowledge in AWS and Linux
• Experience in networks and coding
• Relevant work experience at least for 1-3 years
• Suitable educational background; bachelor’s or master’s degree from relevant field
• Fluency in Finnish and/or English
