Instructions for new residents explains how to collect the keys to your new home and reminds you to inspect the apartment when moving in. In addition, the letter provides other tips to help you get started, including information on laundry shifts and maintenance requests.

Frequently asked questions about housing and member services during summer 2022

Here you will find the answer to most of the questions the students have in the spring and the summer regarding housing applications, student cards and membership fees.

Students continuing their studies, in particular, should note that it is not possible to enrol for the academic year during the service break of study information systems between 31 July–8 Aug 2021. If you want your student status to be valid in the beginning of August, please enrol no later than 30 July.

Christmas 2021 and New Year – FAQ of Member Services

Our member services and services office are on holidays from 20 Dec to 2 Jan 2022. Our office is also closed on The Independence Day 6 Dec and on Friday Jan 7 after the Epiphany. Our telephone service will be open on 20 Dec–22 Dec and 29 Dec–30 Dec from 12noon to 4pm and on 31 Jan from 12noon to 3pm.
